It could be said that Recuperador Urbano is a different kind of book shop because of the things that one can find here, like: used books and magazines of all types (some signed by their respective authors), and hard to find or out of print books. But the real reason that it is a different kind of shop is because of their mission: to find, restore and revalue books and magazines that for one reason or another have been discarded or have lost their value. This is the place to find lost gems and rare editions. Currently, they restore about 200 titles a week.
