Don Ernesto is a place with a rich history. On the walls, the story of Argentina is told through old black-and-white photos dating back to the first armory of Buenos Aires. There are also many photos of famous Argentinian that have visited this place. This family-style restaurant serves large portions at very reasonable prices.
Don Ernesto, a place that has a lot to tell, with history. The current walls recall these ancient times with black and white photographs from when this house was the first armory of the Capital Federal, later to be a committee of the Radical Civic Union, one of the political parties in the early twentieth century with more popular recognition in Argentina. The personalities who passed through the house, also left their mark: graffiti and pictures of all the people who have ever seen the place, as China Zorrilla Argentina legendary actress, Roberto Pettinato and Ismael Serrano, the Spanish singer, among others. These cartoons, declarations of love and friendship are adde so much that the walls of the place no longer allow more space for any scribble. An old wooden staircase, which according belonged to the fifth of Honorio Puyrredon, politician and lawyer with radical tradition, leads to a mezzanine. The restaurant's name is something more contemporary as it refers to the father of one of the owners of the place.
