I dare you: in 30 seconds, with no repetitions and no cheating. People from San Telmo will probably mention Tío Felipe, which is famous for its "stuffed fugazzeta, the best in Buenos Aires." It is a place frequented by neighbors and the artists working in the nearby tango bars. It is a traditional place that has not been renovated or modernized, where you will see Carlos cutting a large mozzarella pizza as placidly as usual.
