We dont need to clarify that this place exudes Italian. Meals as truffles, bottarga (fish eggs), gorgonzola (blue cheese) and Parmesan hams are some of them. In addition to traditional pizzas and pastas, products that are specially imported from Italy, to prepare some regional recipes. The chef in charge of the kitchen is Sebastian Rivas Proia, which together with Alfonso Villamil, developed this project. The place? On the first floor, in the Dorrego Square in the French Solar house built in 1900. The current restaurant rescues Authentic construction: ceilings, floors, openings, achieving different spaces where raw light, to essential element to feel Mediterranean.
