Un apartamento pequeño pero cómodo. Pintoresco, decorado muy porteño, muy San Telmo. Tremendamente bien ubicado.

Great location and the pool was a life saver.

The building has so much character, truly old world and beautiful. The apartment in the pictures was not the one we stayed in, however Mercedes took us in at very short notice and the small apartment we had the first two nights was quirky and charming. The larger apartment is gorgeous, unlike any hotel you could ever stay at. The internet worked well and the neighborhood put us within walking distance to restaurants and bars. I was very sick the morning we were leaving. Our plane wasn\'t leaving until late in the evening. Mercedes was dear and let me sleep in one of the rooms not being used. She was a life saver!

Mercedes is one of these person you won\'t forget. As a host, she is professional, caring and precise. As a person she is a whole Argentina inside a women. This is THE opportunity to know San Telmo, or simply to enjoy your own San Telmo. And the apartment is beautiful! And the garden you share with others is perfect to meet amazing people too.
Dominique Vanhecke from Berlare, Vlaams Gewest, Belgium (January 2014)
What an amazing place! Large appartment. Very authentic and right in the heart of San Telmo. Mercedes is a great host and everything is perfectly organized. You need to see it to believe it.

The appartement is very nice and fits perfect to San Telmo. The location is awesome, all you need cam be reached within 10 mins. Mercedes is very friendly amd gave me some tips for the BBQ. We slept so good there. The only thing disapointed us was the cleanness, it could and should be cleaned better.
