as usual, this was my 4th stay in this apartment, I enjoyed it a lot: 1) rather quiet on the 2nd floor 2) the terrace could not be better to relax from the busy and crowded streets of the city and take some sun 3) the room is spacy 4) near the next subway station 5) for Tango lovers near Plaza Dorrego in the middle of San Telmo with some nice Milongas you can get there walking 6) just 10 - 15 minutes from Puerto Madero and its lovely water front I will be there again soon !

I had a great time there, loved the spacious living room. The air condition worked well, the cleaning woman did a good job. When there were little problems, the owner was immediately there to fix them. I specially loved the terrace as a quiet place to relax from the busy and noisy streets. I'd like to go there again as it is situated near to a subway station and rather in the heart of San Telmo what could be important to Tango lovers who will find lots of places to practice or go to Milongas as e.g. the famous Open-Air-Milonga in Plaza Dorrego.

A lovely spacious apartment - well situated in close range to everything you might need or want to do. The old world charm of wooden floors and window frames is balanced perfectly with modern fixtures and fittings. The terrace on the top floor is great for soaking in the sun and enjoying asado and a wine or two. Lots of natural light and quiet.

This is a comfortable, well kept and nice-looking apartment that we though was excellent value. The owner was pleasant and helpful and dealt swiftly and efficiently with a minor problem. Good central location with lots of great venues within easy walking distance and a laundry almost on the doorstep. Don't miss the Mariposa bakery three blocks away at the intersection with Belgrano.

The apartment is excellent in every respect. It is spacious, newly renovated, and beautifully furnished. Air conditioning and internet work perfectly, which is important for those guests who need to spend some time at home and communicate with the world or work (which was our case). The bedroom is upstairs, has a very comfortable huge bed. There were two of us (my husband and me), but the apartment could easily accommodate 3 people (there is a couch and a bed downstairs). There is some noise coming from the street during the day, but you can get used to it. The location is also very convenient (just a 10 minute walk from the micro-center). There are a lot of convenience stores and restaurants around, so it is really very easy to live there and get around. Moreover you experience the unique atmosphere of the old San Telmo, being at the same time close to the downtown area. The subway and buses are also close. The owners are very friendly and helpful. If we happen to travel to Buenos Aires again (which we hope we will), we will certainly consider renting this apartment. We felt really at home there. Last year we lived in a small apartment downtown (micro-centre). Comparing the two, we certainly prefer our choice this year. I give it the highest possible rating.

The appartment is completely new renovated with very nice furniture, everything works well. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The only disadvantage: it is very loud because of the cars and busses in the street.

Summery: Good location. Close to restaurants, shops and subway station. All facilities in good condition, actually brand new . We were three and it works fine. Our son 16 years old slept well in the sofabed. Graciela is a lovely and helpfull hostess, always quick answering every question.
