This apartment is very cozy. We stay there a whole month, and we woke up every morning with the birds singing. This is amaizing considering few blocks of distance to Plaza de Mayo.
Every requirement we perform to Mercedes or Lorena has been inmediately addressed. Very reccomendable.

Un departamento de fácil de acceso y con ubicación que nos permitió recorrer con tranquilidad la ciudad.
Es un espacio bonito y cómodo, pero existe una diferencia importante entre el baño de una habitación y la otra. La cocina se encuentra habilitada con elementos apropiados para comer o tomar un café sin dificultades.
Todo fue según lo acordado, nos estaban esperando, la señora del aseo llegó justo a tiempo y en general la administración fue flexible para acomodarnos otra cama y también para acomodar las maletas cuando debíamos dejar el departamento.

Somewhat cold with temperatures below 10 degrees Celsius.

Beautifully decorated and finished apartment with so much style. It is very spacious and light. Don't be put off by the block as a whole which looks a little less appealing. The apartment is a reasonable 10 minutes walk from the main square. Please be aware that it may not be suitable for families with younger children as the second twin bedroom is accessed by an external (private) corridor. It worked fine for our teenagers who locked themselves.

Muy bien ubicado, un lugar divino, tranquilo, autentico ! Se siente como en casa. Invite un par de amigos para hacer empanadas caseros y tomar vinos afuera sobre la mesada de cerámica ! Mucha luz, el viento circula divino y los mosquitos también así que hay que pensar a tener OFF ! Sino todo perfecto ! Me encanto y ya lo compartí con amigos que les gusta la idea de alquilar ese tipo de alojamiento mas que de ir en un hotel impersonal… Gracias!

A very nice apartment, good location close to the cardinal points of that side of the city. Well furnished, the only annoying thing are door's locks, a little old and not really efficient.. for the curious disposal of rooms, to get to the second one you have to pass from an outter alley, so get prepared to lock and unlock! But being an old restored place, that's in the game.. For sure always better than an anonymous modern place even just for the atmosphere, in every moment you're in this apartment you look around and you really feel happy about the choice. Congratulations to the owner, very nice and kind in our check-in and check-out experience.
